Quick and Easy Hamburger Casserole

2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. French-fried onions
1 can diced Italian tomatoes, drained

Cool and drain macaroni. Brown ground beef and green pepper; drain. Add soups to meat and mix well. Add macaroni. Place 1/2 mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and onions. Top with remaining mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Top with rest of onions and bake 5-10 minutes more.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided
1 package of caramels
3/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
1 box of German Chocolate Cake mix
12 oz. chocolate chips

Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in microwave. Set aside to cool.
Mix cake mix, 3/4 cup melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread 1/2 of the cake mixture in the bottom of 9×13 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
Take out of the oven and pour chocolate chips and caramel mixture on top. Then top with remaining cake mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove and let set before serving.
